How to start a return
Email hello@crockeryandco.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply with return instructions.
Exchanges
If you need a different color or size when stock allows, include that in your return request and we will walk you through an exchange.
Non-returnable items
Personalized items and final-sale pieces marked on the product page cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
